TOPIC: Brain Health & Recovery: Supporting Optimal Functioning
Neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to change and adapt—plays a powerful role in recovery. This workshop explores research-backed, holistic strategies that go beyond traditional approaches to help you understand how physical, cognitive, and emotional systems work together to support brain health and daily functioning after brain injury.
Using a drug-free, whole-brain and whole-body approach, you’ll take away a deeper understanding of your brain and practical tools to support attention, memory, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing, whether for yourself or someone you support.
