SDBIF’s Assisted Learning Technology (ALT) Library Workshop Session for Family & Caregivers is on August 26!
We will be hosting a workshop specifically for SIX (6) family members and caregivers where we will be teaching specific tips and tricks for utilizing technology to help with everyday tasks.
This will be facilitated by two of our front staff to give everyone plenty of one-on-one hands-on guidance. We will have laptops and blue-light glasses available for the workshop.
For this session, out topic is: Google Calendar Setup & Planning

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE WORKSHOP:
1) You will need to come with a few calendar appointments or reminders you want to input
2) Have your GOOGLE account login and gmail app downloaded so we can access your calendar
3) Make sure your phone is fully charged
4) Have your app store user information

Adding a Location
Setting Up Reminder Notifications
