Welcome to SDBIF’s FIRST Assisted Learning Technology (ALT) Library Workshop Session!

 
The SECOND Tuesday of each month we will be hosting a workshop specifically for FOUR (4) survivors where we will be teaching specific tips and tricks for utilizing technology to help with everyday tasks.

This will be facilitated by two of our front staff to give everyone plenty of one-on-one hands-on guidance. We will have laptops and blue-light glasses available for the workshop.

For this first session, out topic is: Google Calendar Setup & Planning

TIME:
2pm – 4pm
HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE WORKSHOP:
You will need to come with a few calendar appointments or reminders you want to input
WE WILL DISCUSS:
Setup, App Navigation, Event/Appointment Creation, Adding a Location, and Setting Up Reminder Notifications
