Dr. Galina Nikolskaya is a double board-certified neurologist with over 14 years of experience specializing in traumatic brain injury (TBI) and migraine management. Based in San Diego, she runs an active clinical practice, using advanced diagnostics to treat TBI, oculomotor abnormalities, headaches, seizures, and balance disorders. A UC San Diego Neurology residency and Harbor-UCLA Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship graduate, she blends expertise with a passion for education.
Dr. Nikolskaya mentors medical students as a Clinical Instructor at UCSD’s Free Neurology Clinic and has co-authored papers on headache and TBI.
Dr. Nikolskaya is co-authoring a book, Brain Injury: A Multidisciplinary and Illustrated Guide, to be published by the end of 2025, as a multidisciplinary guide on traumatic brain injury with practical information for caregivers, TBI survivors, legal and medical professionals.
