Patsy Sholders

Because of a childhood disability causing her to be a “patient,” Patsy entered the health care professions. She also survived a head-on collision and TBI while in college “the first time.” Since, she has received her BA from Cal State San Marcos in Human Development, and her Masters of Sociological Practice from the same school. She completed her thesis there on the social aspects of rebuilding life after brain injury. She has served on 3 boards for this cause, including being a past president of the SDBIF Board.

Patsy comes from a large family, and grew up in San Diego. She loves people, beautiful places, and making a difference where she can. Of late, she is starting an impressive collection of American Silver Dollars. Read it and weep…
